Zoë David-Delves brings over a decade of experience in equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) praxis. Her work centres structural marginalisation of all kinds, but focuses on advocacy for the rights and dignities of Black and LGBTQ+ people.

Her degrees, a double-major Bachelor’s in Psychology and Gender, Race, Sexuality and Social Justice (GRSJ) from the University of British Columbia, and a Master’s in Global Affairs from the Munk School of Global Affairs at the University of Toronto, have equipped her with a lens rooted in race, gender, class and Disability analysis, afrocentrism, queer theory, and Indigenous solidarity.

As an individual and through her independent consultancy, David-Delves has developed and executed antiracist and anti-oppressive organizational strategy in industries such as healthcare, international development, community arts, technology, academia and school boards.
