Capacity Week will bring together Enchanté Network members to explore how 2SLGBTQ+ community organizations are growing their capacity. From workshops, discussions, and social media and written content, we hope to empower our members to continue building their capacity to serve 2SLGBTQ+ communities.

What does “Capacity Building” mean?

Capacity-building is a measurable improvement in an organization or group’s ability to fulfill its mission through a blend of sound management, strong governance, and dedication to assessing and achieving results. Capacity building includes education and professional development of staff, volunteers, and board members of groups and organizations.
