Our mentorship program is a one-on-one mentoring program, pairing experienced mentors with mentees who are eager to learn. Mentors and mentees are paired together for a period of three months.

 Who Should Apply to be a Mentor?

✨ Experienced non-profit leaders in the 2SLGBTQI+ community and allies who are willing to share their expertise as mentors.

✨ Those who are open-minded, non-judgmental, and willing to listen and provide constructive feedback to mentees.

✨ Individuals who are reliable, committed, and able to dedicate time and effort to the mentorship relationship.

Who Should Apply to be a Mentee?

✨ 2SLGBTQI+ staff, volunteers, and community organizers seeking to expand their capacity and improve their programs and services

✨ Aspiring 2SLGBTQI+ leaders looking to gain valuable professional skills and guidance from experienced mentors

✨ Those who are open to feedback, willing to learn from their mentor’s experiences, and actively engage in the mentorship process

✨Mentees must be staff or volunteers from one of The Enchanté Network’s member organizations
